Depending on the outcome, we can assess formally taking on the role or supporting your internal officer. Functions are agreed in writing before the service begins.
Policies define procedures and controls. This service focuses on organising and supporting the function that oversees their application, documents decisions and follows up on improvements. We can coordinate both types of work with a defined scope and budget.
Support does not remove the responsibilities of the business, its directors or internal bodies. This is why functions, resources, access to information and reporting lines are defined from the outset.
A proposal is prepared based on activities, jurisdictions, transaction volume, time commitment and agreed tasks. The initial assessment costs USD 95 and lasts 60 minutes; it does not include appointment as compliance officer or ongoing services.
