My story
How I got here
My involvement in cryptocurrency began in 2020 as an investor. I soon realised that the technology was moving faster than the available legal answers. I decided to bring my legal training into this new environment.
“The question was: how can I combine what I know how to do with what I’m passionate about?”
That question changed everything. I pursued a master’s degree in digital law to understand the regulatory framework, and have since worked in compliance for international crypto exchanges and businesses. I have gained more than five years of hands-on experience in the sector, solving practical problems from within.
Today, I work independently, with support from tax specialists when a case requires it. Services are delivered online, focusing on Spain and Colombia, with a scope defined for each situation.
Why I’m passionate about this sector
The crypto ecosystem never stands still. Every week brings something new: a regulatory change, a new product or technology that challenges the existing legal framework. For me, that is a source of motivation.

That is why I created the YouTube channel Abogado Crypto: because I believe legal information about cryptocurrency should be accessible to everyone. Tutorials, regulation, taxes and real cases, explained clearly and directly for the more than 3,600 people in our community.
